Ideation & Process

Birth Deteriorate
Bloom Dissolve

It all began with a question:

What is the connection between life of people and life of flowers?

We all go through the process of birth, life, and death just like how flowers grow from seed, bloom at their peak, and then dissolve into petals and different parts. Inspired by this cycle, the brand places a great significance on the number 3. With its 3 products, the brand reflects on the 3 stages of life.

Part 1. Birth

‘Plant Me’ Letter

Seed Letter
A miniature plantable card that will grow into a flower. Write your wish and embed the message to the soil. User can follow the products step by step, beginning with expressing love and appreciation for their loved ones on a seed-shaped letter than can either be gifted or planted.

Part 2. Life

‘Fold, Build, Arrange’

Flower Arrangement Book
After writing the wishes and message of appreciation, users can use the flower arrangement book to learn about Pigo Jida’s principles of flower arrangement and try creating origami flowers with the tutorials inside. By taking in the meditative time to fold flowers, they can think of their loved ones and customize a unique flower arrangement.

Part 3. Death

Memory Tea Bag

Flowers may not last forever but the memory behind it does. Lastly, those who want to remember a special moment or occasion can use the memory tea bag to collect the dried petals of the flower they received to conserve the memory that came with it. And when they are ready to let go, they can brew the tea bag in a cup. You may not be able to sip the tea but you can cherish the moment forever.
